Report to start Print at Bottom of a page instead of top of page

Hi all,

I came across a new but little fussy problem. I want to appear the report from bottom of a page rather than a conventional from top a page. in detail, i have 14 lines in the report. while generating report, line 1 starts at the top of the page to 14 lines and balance 20 lines of total 34 line in the page is blank after the data.

i want the report to appear at bottom most 14 lines and first 20 lines to be blank.

this requirement is for generating a skyline report

hope somebody can help me and thanks in advance.
