Subreport cuts off at bottom of page

I have a subreport that may cause the main report to span several pages. The
problem is that the data in the subreport gets cut off at the bottom of the
page. In other words, the top half the line appears at the bottom of the
first page and the bottom half of the same line appears on the next page. How
do I make Access print an entire line on the next page?

Hi Ray,

That sounds a whole lot like a printer setup issue to me... Check that you
have your report paper size and type matching the printer paper size and
type, and that you have appropriately sized margins in your report...

Hope this helps.

Ray,

I have a report that has several subreports that exhibits the same
problems that you describe--pieces getting cut off at the bottom of the
page. I've mixed-and-matched so many settings with grouping things,
but I still can't get things correct. I'm thinking that I will just
have to make sure there's enough white space (by measuring vertically)
so that this doesn't happen, but that's not a truly elegant or flexible
solution. Have you come up with any other insights?

Thanks,
Mark
