Lost the 'System Tools' folder.

In Start>All Programs>Accessories I have no System Tools folder. This is a
new computer so I can't say for sure whether it was ever there or not. But
I have no access to Disk Cleanup, Defrag etc....

Is there a way to put this right using the Windows CD? Looking at 'Add
Windows Components' I don't see how to add these features. Is there
anything I can do please? How about if I create a new folder and manually
place shortcuts to those utilities in there? Where do I find 'em?!

save some time and headache by doing a google search before asking

ToBee when I suggested it in alt.windows-xp.
