Lost the command control for "open subject in new window" pls hlp

Could someone re-direct me to where I was when I saw the command module for
always having new windows open for subjects I hit on and want to open, and
still want to keep my current window still and open as well, please? Thanx! :)

Internet Explorer | Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
Uncheck: Reuse windows for launching shortcuts |
Click Apply | Click OK
