Lost Status bar in Windows Explorer

Hi there,

Windows XP Prof with latest updates.

The status bar keeps on to disappear. Everytime I go to View | Status bar
and select it, it's there. Sometimes after I have closed Explorer and loads
it again, it does not show.

I will really appreciate any help in this matter.

Regards,

Hi

After you have enabled the Status Bar in Windows Explorer, go to Tools>Folder Options>View and click on 'Apply to All Folder'. Restart WE.

YA! THANK YOU Will Denny, it worked for me too! I was frustrated and noticed that it was NOT there in Explorer as well. I am happy you told people about this, it is most helpful. I am sure Deon is happy as I am! Thank you
