Lost printer setup

Hello,

I've just upgraded from Windows 95 to 2000 and I've had
several problems. One of which is that my printer
configuration was lost. When I go through to "add printer"
I follow the wizard then I get an error msg at the last
page saying it wasn't successful.

Can you help?
