lost password for XP

I can't remember my password at startup for Windows XP,
therefore I can't use my laptop. HELP!! and THANKS!
 
Try posting your question in a more appropriate newsgroup, perhaps:

microsoft.public.windowsxp.admin_security

This one is for questions regarding security as used in Microsoft Access,
