- What is the name of the admin share you're referring to?
- What key did you modify in the registry?
- How did you modify it?
- What command do you use to check the admin share?

treat.

Run regedit.exe and check this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters

Set the value of : AutoShareServer to 1
Set the value of : AutoShareWks to 1

The administrative shares are called "c$" and "d$", and they
are invisible at all times. You can connect to them like so:

net use x: \\SomePC\c$
