Lost Note Pad

I am not sure how, I just want to know how to get it back. Thank you.
 
Hi

What do you see if you type the following into Start>Run:

notepad

If Notepad doesn't appear, search Windows Explorer for 'notepad.exe' - you
may another one in the %systemroot% folder. Copy that file to the
%systemroot%\system32 folder.
