Lost network after every reboot of host

Everytime I shut down and restart my host computer, 2 out of 3 client
computers show the error of "no or limited connectivity". Upon trying to
repair the connection, it fails saying unable to obtain IP address. I have to
run the network wizard on the host then on the clients after every boot.
Help?? It never used to do this and don't know why it started. All are using
XP Home and are connected through a wired hub.

Thanks for the link. I understood some of that but not all. It looked this
mostly happens with modem or dsl...I have dial-up BUT I use an excelerator
from my ISP. Could this be why?
