Lost my wireless connection to lan

XP SP2
Laptop
Switching hub - Belkin
Wireless router - Belkin
Have a small internal network with XPs & Win98Se
Has been working fine but had a problem after trying to eliminate viru

Lost my wireless capability
Cable connection will work fine
After so many "tweakings" I am at a loss

Would appreciate any help

And what might these "tweakings" be?

Adding and deleting drivers, disabling and re-enabling wireless, set up
small office network, trying the "repair this connection", tried the
"view available wireless networks", updating drivers, connect and
reconnecting hub.

?

Hmm. With such a comprehensive list, my suggestion would be to re-set the
Wireless Access Point back to it's factory settings and start all over
again.

Read the manual for your WAP. If you no longer have the manual, go to
the WAP mftr.'s tech support website.
