Lost MS Word as Editor

I finally got around to removing the demo version of Office 07 from my
computer. I use Office 03, with Outlook 03. After removing 07, Outlook now
tells me it can't find Word, so I must use rtf format for my e-mails. I've
also lost ability to send attachments as .html. Help? I'm running Vista
Home, and wish I wasn't.

When you start Outlook, what version is reported under Help -> About?
