Outlook 2007 to NOT use Word as email editor

W

I use office 2007 on Vista

I have a crm application called Act 2008, which has integration with
outlook 07
However, I am advised that this integration will not work if word is
set up as the default email client
I've been through quite a few versions of outlook over the years
But, unless I'm getting tired or blind, on this occasion, I can't find
anything in tools or setup, which denotes whether it is or isn't the
default email editor
Could someone with better eyesight/knowledge than me , put me straight
please

Outlook 2007 uses a stub of Word as its editor - there is no option to
either use Word as the editor or NOT to use Word as the editor... AFAIK....

OL2007 uses, for want of a better word, its own inbuilt version of word as
editor.
I seem to recollect reading of problems with various versions of OL and Act
