Lost MS Intellipoint Mouse

Consistently lose my mouse using Windows98 Second Edition
while online. Cannot recover the use of my mouse without
re-booting! Tried to re-install mouse, but problem still
keeps coming back again, and again, and again...
 
Have you tried updating the software or are you already using 4.12?
