Lost Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...

I had to do a system restart which put everything abck to factory settings
but now I can't find any of the Microsoft programs. I don't know if I deleted
them or what. Please tell me how I would be able to get these programs back.

If you used the restore CD from the factory, then yes you've deleted them.
Re-install them.
