Lost Files

Hi - I switched a users computer yesterday to a new
computer with Windows XP Professional. She was using
Windows 98. I mapped all of the network drives. When we
open her folder on the users drive (located on my NT
server) her files are gone. I have access to everyones
folders so I when to my pc to see if they were there but
we just couldn't see them and again, nothing. Where did
they go. Please help asap. Thanks, Donna
 
Does this mean you changed the new computers "name" to match what the server
expected to find, when you mapped the network drives?
