Lost Files!!!!

Can or does anyone know why I can not locate and files on
my comp. I had the "Blaster Virus" and thought that it
was patched up when I got tech. support from Microsoft ..

I seem to get the same message everytime I try to log on
to any files that i have downloaded.. If anyone has any
suggestions, please feel free to reply!

What's the message you receive?

In the first place, you don't "Log on" to files, you "Open" Them.
In the second place the answer to your first question is:
1. Lack of computer knowledge
2. Unwillingness to read Help and Support section of Windows XP ( It is on
all Windows XP Machines by default.
