Lost file or registry key

I recently tried a program called Registry Mechanic.
After running it, I stupidly deleted the list of keys and
files that it supposedly "cleaned".

Now,when I click "Start", naturally the start menu
appears. However, if I move my cursor to the right (along
the toolbar) the start menu disappears. I have also had
some drop down menus disappear on various programs when I
have tried to change colors etc. If I move the cursor to
the drop down menu it vanishes.

If anyone, can figure out which file or key is missing,
please let me know. I have a laptop running XP Home, and
easily import the missing item. I just don't have a clue
as to what is missing.
