Lost file on WinXP

Good evening Microsoft WinXP users:

Sometime ago I did a clean reinstall of my OS WinXP but since then I get a
message that says Windows cannot find C:Windows\system32\Lostrun.exe when
the computer is booting and when I install a new application or program in
it, I click Ok and everything goes just fine; this is very strange. I would
like to get rid of it.
Another question I no longer have the Recovery Console, how can I get it
again?
Any suggestions?

It's not a Windows file.

Be sure your antivirus software is up to date and run a virus scan on your
system.

Also check for malware on your system, download, run and install Ad Aware:
