Lost file association to "user accounts" in control panel

Hey guys -- I've got a computer here that lost pretty much all of its
file associations for some reason. I've managed to get them all
re-associated that I've found, thanks to a couple searches on these
groups. However, I still can't get into the User Accounts icon in
Control Panel. The actual error I'm getting is:

"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing
this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control
panel."

I can load up Folder Options but don't have a clue how to create a
control panel association for the user accounts section!

See if you can launch User Accounts using these commands:

Click Start, Run and type:

control userpasswords

-or-

mshta.exe "res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\nusrmgr.cpl/nusrmgr.hta"

Press Enter
