Lost exchange server

From a former job I kept my home computer. I handled my private mails on the
same computer. When I was disconnected from the server at work, I ran outlook
offline but still retrieving mails from a pop3 account.

Then I upgraded the outlook to 2003 and wanted to "clean up" and deleted the
exchange server account. The result was that all my mails were gone!

I have located the .ost-file, but have no clue how to restore the mails.

From what I can get from the various comments on this forum I have the
feeling that I also need to restore the exchange server profile – but how?

Hope help is close by!

This may work with Windows XP if you have a system restore point made before
you removed the Exchange Server profile:

If not, third party help will probably be necessary:
