Lost e-mail in Outlook after XP upgrade

Hi, I have just upgraded to XP Pro and noticed that all my e-mail and address
book has gone. Can I retrive them?

a) Look for .pst and .pab files on your whole hard disk.
b) Think about backing up your important files - not just
before a major upgrade but once every week, to an
independent medium.
