Lost Administrator Password

The Admin logon password (O/S Windows 2000 Professional)
was apparently changed by accident. How can I reset it,
bypass it, etc?
 
Asked and answered almost daily - check existing posts,
then create a second admin account in order to avoid this
embarassing situation.
