Looking for notepaper background

I'm looking for the old notepaper background (looked just like a sheet of
paper with punch holes and lines). I'm using Office 2003 and the only
template that comes even close (online at microsoft.com) is 3D and too fancy
for my purposes.

Is it still out there? (I checked the MS downloads for old versions of PP,
but it's not among those.)

Give me a day or two and I'll see if I can locate a bunch I collected.

You can also just scan a piece of notepaper, save it as a file (a
Windows EMF format works okay), and then create your own.
