Powerpoint background that looks just like notebook paper

I looking for a background that looks just like notebook paper. I thought
this should be an easy search, but there's nothing within the Microsoft
Online templates. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

This link has a download for a collection of templates from 4.0, '97,
'00, and '02. At the bottom of the page are more packs. A search for
"LINEPAPR.POT" or "NOTEBOOK.POT" yields some that might be similar to
what you need.
