I haven't been closely following this thread, so please forgive me if this
is a duplicate suggestion.
There is a program called "Yeah Write" (www.wordplace.com) that contains a
good word processor to keep the meeting notes, and tabs for diary entries,
envelope printing, and a built-in e-mail client to mail documents. I use
it to write book reviews, and then to e-mail the reviews and keep a diary
of what's been done. It works pretty nicely, and has an interesting
There's a free version and a paid version. I don't know if this will meet
your needs, but I know it meets mine.
