I still see that the men in white coats haven't netted you yet.
Off your meds I see. Bad idea, flathead. Your head must be pretty flat
by now trying to type with your forehead.
Your keyboard must be pretty wet with all that spittle that flew.

Hi!

I'm looking for a DVD recorder, one for my XP/2003 server box and the other
for my multi-boot 98SE/W2k, Fedora, Suse and Ubuntu box, or shouldn't that
matter?

Will I need to buy two different DVD's or more? And will I need to make sure
they have the appropriate dirvers? I have done searches on Google for the
DVD and medium but I would like opinions on favourites any of you have.

I just know this is going to be a ruddy nightmare.

Slashdot ran an article about some research on data longetivity on
discs as opposed to magnetic storage. Whilst both degrade, -R media on
low prced disks might only last for 2 years. Magnetic tape could be
good for decades.

It has gone off the board now. Next time I go there I'll try and find
the original article for you.

The best program is 1Click DVD Copy. It costs around 39.95 I think. Check
it out.
