Looking for a couple patches

I am looking for a couple patches. I cannot seem to find
them downloadable except as part of windowsupdate.

They are:

Q327405: Recommended Update (Windows XP Professional)

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 810243

Any help in locating these would be appreciated.

Microsoft has recently upgraded Windows Update to include another section
called Windows Update Catalog, accessible through the same Windows Update
interface. From the Windows Update Catalog you can review all the operating
system updates that have been issued as well as the driver updates for hardware
devices.
