Long time to log into domain

I have set up a simple domain server (win 2k). I have several win XP
machines that are trying to log into server. The log in time takes about 2
min. Is there something that i am missing/ or did i set something up wrong.

This is a 5 machine office and is a simple install.

Is anything slow after they do log in?
Are you using roaming profiles? If so, how large are they?
Do you have an Ethernet hub, or a switch?
Do you have any Win2k clients on this network, and are they having the same
problem?
