Would you consider using a third party tool to accomplish this task?
If so, take a look at SysTrack from Lakeside Software. SysTrack can produce
usage reports listing who has accessed your Terminal Server, when, for how
long, and even what applications they used while logged in. The only draw
back is that the report can not be emailed directly to you, but can be
accessed from any console, and printed out.
