logs on automatically

My xp pro logs on automatically at startup even though i have set a password
for my (administrator) account. It never even shows the welcome screen or
ask the password, and i have another active account for my girlfriend. If i
switch to her account and back to mine, then it will ask for my password...
I've tried changin the way users log on and everything obvious but this is
strange and annoying, since she has to switch or log me off everytime she
starts up to use her account. And my administrator rights aren't protected
any way.
