I have more than more than 10 computers on a domain. I can log into the
domain as the admin but I want to ensure that I can get staff to log on and
limit students logon on the computers. How can the IT person do that.

I'm sorry but I don't quite understand your question. You have a domain with
Active Directory, yes? Create users with permissions/restrictions as
desired. Use Group Policy.

For further information about setting up users in a domain, go to
microsoft.com and from there go to the webpages for the particular version
of Server you are running. You can also post in one of the many Server
newsgroups.

If I've misunderstood your question, please do post back after reading at
least some of the information here:

Maybe pick up a book or 2 on Active Directory, if you don't know how to set
up users on a domain how did you get the IT job?
