domain user logon help

one computer is a domain clients. after windows update, this computer only
domain admins logon but not logon domain users. And not view on network
sharing on this computer.
i have view event logs. if i am domain user then event 529 or i am domain
admin then event 540
what is the problem?

I haven't run across this problem yet, but check Local Security Settings MMC

Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment\. Look at the

Logon on Locally policy in the right pane and see if Domain Users is in
there.
