Hi there,

every time when I try to logon on Windows XP Pro who's
running in a network, I get the Logon Screen and after
pressing STRG + ALT + DEL I get a new window with the
following message:

Do not attemp to logon unless you are an authorized user.

After I press the OK-Button on this window I can normally
logon to the computer. How can I get back to the normal
logon way without this window?

Best regards

That's a message put on by the network administrator. If it's done through a
domain GPO you can't change it unless you're the domain admin.

If it's a local policy type gpedit.msc in Start Run. You must be a domain
Admin.

If it's a registry setting look here, note you must be an admin to change
this. If it a poliocy it will undo any manual changes.
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"LegalNoticeText"="Your Message"
"LegalNoticeCaption"="Legal Notice"
