Logon to a domain using dial up connection - no connections?

I've got 6 laptops here and all but one for some reason
are set up the way we want them. The user puts in their
user ID, their password, and they choose our domain. They
check the box for connecting using a dialup connection and
they get a prompt for which dial up connection to use, and
they get in with no problems.

I've got one laptop here that when we choose the dial up
connection box, it gives us a message saying there are no
connections for all users, please logon and then connect
(paraphrased). We have the dial up connections set up,
but how do I make them available to all users?

Also I thought this may help - On these laptops, local
user accounts have been disabled, and Multiple users can
logon to different laptops.

Login as administrator, create the dialup connection and make sure you
enable the 'all users'.
