Logon Screen

When I startup PC I get a "Log On to Windows" screen from
windows Microsoft XP home asking for my password. Now this
isnt bad except the secondary user can get past this page
when computer is started up. How can we eliminate this
page or procedure?
 
Yes secondary user has a password. There is no room on
this logon page for any additional users. Once I get past
this screen then I can have either of us "sign on" onto
the internet access. Just can't get pass this initial
screen for Windows XP "Log On To Windows". I never ordered
this screen but somehow it has showed up in the week or
so. Can anyone help with this.?
 
Control Panel/Users - change the way the secondary user logs in.
