Logon.scr Application error

Hey... When the screen saver comes up, the following
error message appears and screen saver will not come up.
It's always present, not intermittent. Client has no
permissions what so ever so she cannot perform any
significant changes to the system. Was working for 2
months, and this week it started. I have two clients
like that now..

"Application popup: logon.scr - Application Error : The
application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142).
Click on OK to terminate the application. "

All works OK after ignoring the message..
Ideas?
