Has anyone seen this?

Allison

I am running a Windows 2000 domain. My DCs have SP3 and my client computers
are running SP2. I do have a group policy set to invoke the the 'Logon.scr'
screensaver after so many idle minutes for my client workstations. Users
cannot change the screensaver. Whenever the screensaver is invoked and the
user comes back to the workstation and moves the mouse or hits the keyboard,
they get the following error:

logon.scr - application error
X The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK
to terminate the application.

I cannot figure out why it's doing this. Can anyone give me some clues?

Thanks

I found one instance of this when using the Novell client. Novell has an
article that addresses the error at
