Logon problems

Windows Mail is asking me to "Logon to Personal Email" in order to send or
receive new emails.

However, it doesn't accept any user name or password combo I enter. Even
after I've re-set them both several times.

Can anyone help?

When you get that prompt click on Cancel. It will put up an error message.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
