Send/Receive Mail

When I try to send/receive mail, it tells me to:

Please verify that both the username and password are correct for your mail

it also has
Remember my credentials checked

Now every time I try to send/receive mail, I enter my logon name and
password and it comes up with this:

Account: '', Server: '', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR Authentication failed.', Port: 110, Secure(SAL): No,
Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

I can still send emails out, so what the heck is going on??



Check the account setup for an email address on the General tab (Tools -
Accounts - Properties). According to the error you posted you do not have
an email address as the account, but I can't be certain as you X'd out the
account - understandable). It shows below as: Account: ''
and normally it would be Account: '(e-mail address removed)' (note the "@").
