logon problems HELP

Running windows XP cannot logon to any user account, tried in safe mode again
no luck HELP! Anti-virus set to expire shortly! What can I do?
 
What error do you get when you try to logon? Password error?
Do you have your caps lock on? OR you might have a bad keyboard.
 
well this computer wont give me access to anything I was able to get into a
command prompt hoping to be able to re config the security setting in the
passwords but i don't know the prompt for it
