logon on screen

Welcome Screen? I would like for my computer to allow me
to, when it is booting up, add an imported picture or
what have you that says something along the line of: You
have accessed blah blah's computer, if you wish to
continue press enter or ctr-alt-del or something. then
once you do this you come to the logon screen. I have
noticed that this may be a possibility if the computer is
part of a network domain, however this computer is not.
Is there any way to make this happen? thanks

I am not sure how to add the picture without a startup script. But the
message can be add by opening the local
security settings located in "Strat Menu\Setting\Control Panel\Admin tools".
Once open expand local policies\security option. Next selext Interactive
logon: Message text for users attempting to log on and enter the
message you wish to display and select apply\ok. Close
the local security settings and reboot. The message window will appear on
next boot. The other option is to use native.exe which will display a
message after the log
screen when windows boots. Referrer to Mark Russinovich of SysInternals
article.
