Logo Test

For some odd reason Windows XP for the last couple months I
can't install the new updates, they keep saying that they
haven't passed the logo test. I can't get the service packs
directly from the Microsoft website either because they
also fail that test. So I can't get any updates, and can't
install anything that deals with Windows on to my computer.

HELP!!!
