Logo going as an attachment in Sigaiture

I have set up everyone in my office to include their contact details and the
company logo in their signature. For most people this is working fine. But
for some the logo in the signature is displaying as normal but also being
attached to the e-mail, this is quite strange, set them all up so teh
methodology used was the same and yet some are still sending the logo as an
attachment as well as including it in teh graphic.

All my users are using office 2003 with the same service pack level and all
updates installed.

Many thanks in advance

Nick

Yes all of the staff have the messages set to HTML both for outgoing mail and
replies, I have cross checked all the setteing on the computers and they all
are set the same. Well i guess I should say they appear to be set up the same
but obviously I have missed something.

All staff are using Windows XP SP2 all latest updates as well.

The attachment only shows at the recipetent end, but it only affects certain
users, for example if I send the e-mail there is no attachment the logo
displays fine. If I recieve an e-mail from staff member A then the logo
displays fine no attachment, yet an e-mail from staff member B will have the
logo as an attachment. Did I make it clear that although the logo comes as an
attachment it is still displayed correctly within the signature, which is
made up of text and the logo graphic.
