I created a signature with my company logo attached and company details in
html format, but as soon as i send an email with the signature, the recipient
receives my company logo as an jpeg attachment. The receipient gets confused
as to why my logo is attached along with all the intented attachments. what
am i doing wrong? why does the attachement always pick up as a seperate
attachment?

For what version of Outlook and are you using Word or Outlook as the editor?
Does the behavior change when you choose a different editor?
