Hi all,
Does anybody know when Logitech will release a fix for the (very!)
anoying problem below. I've got this problem since I bought the
Internet Navigator keyboard I bought almost a year ago and there is
still no fix.
The problem is that when I install (the latest or whatever version of)
iTouch, shutting down XP takes minutes (three or maybe even more)!
Manually exiting the iTouch software is not a fix, just a workaround.
I'm now using the standard Microsoft drivers but am missing
functionality.
Greetings,
M.

Logitech® Internet Navigator
System Takes a Long Time to Shut Down When iTouch Software is
Installed
Customer Support Document # 6801
Updated: 4-3-2003
Current versions of iTouch software fail to unload while the system is
shutting down, causing longer shut down times. This issue has been
addressed in the next release of software, which is expected to be
available shortly. Please check this document or the download page
later for an update to the software.
Until then, please exit the iTouch software manually using the
following instructions before you shut down.
Right click on the Logitech iTouch icon in the Systray, located in the
lower right hand side of your desktop.
Select "Exit".
