I'm having the same problem as many have described already, but the only solution suggested does not Help
When I'm logging on to Windows XP on my Notebook, It immediatelt logs off the user. Regardless what user account I try to log on, regardless wheter I try to log on locally on the Computer, or on the network domain. The problem is the same if I try to log in running in Safe Mode

I have tried to repair Windows XP, but that does not solve anything.

I am able to run remote regedit from my desktop computer, so if the problem can be solved by changing / removing registry-keys I will be able to do that.

Does anyone have any idea what registry entry could cause the problem?

Thankful for any help

IMHO....Sometimes reinstalling windows is the best way to fix problems......
