I was having to login each time I started Windows XP. So I
heard that you could make it so you didn't have to enter a
password each time by going to Start, then Run and typing
in "control userpassword2" I did and now I can't logon. It
says I'm entering the wrong password. HELP!

Try loggin on as the local Administrator and changing the
user password.
To do this from the Welcome screen, you have to push
CTRL+ALT+DEL twice. Leave the password blank and that
should log you on (unless this default was changed).
Once logged on as Administrator, you can go to Control
Panel, then User Accounts, then pick the account you want
to alter. From there you can delete, change, or create a
password.
Then log off and try rebooting.
