Login Troubles and Start Menu troubles

I need help. i was in the register key editor and
accidently deleted all the values inside the CLSID folder
i think and now when i start my computer up it gets to
the screen before you get to choose which user you want
to be and then freezes there. Also when i do manage to
get inside a usename the startmenu will not exand
the "All Programs" section. Is there any way that i can
fix my computer?

Deleting registry keys is very dangerous and could harm or corrupt your
operating system. The only possible soultion I might be able to give you is
to try reparing your Windows XP operating system via the XP CD.
