Start menu bar missing

I am having trouble figuring out how to get my start menu to re-appear. I
have 3 identities on my computer, and the start menu bar has dissappeared
from all 3, but when I added a new user, the start bar was present. Any
ideas about what is wrong?

Hi James,

It sounds like you have three of these users Start Menu's on Auto-hide. If
that may be the case, first you need to move your mouse all the way to the
bottom of your screen and see if it appears. Also move the mouse to the
Right, Left and the Top in case someone has moved the Start Bar. If you find
it and don't like that setting, right click on the bar and left click
Properties,.uncheck "Auto-hide the task bar"
